Not sure all the commercial postings are helping your site. Perhaps the commercial folks should pay to post or.. if indeed you're going to implement a "modest fee structure" as you suggest, charge them a little bit more. You might also think about how Craiglist differentiated between commercial posts and non commercial posts.
When you say "commercial", are you referring to contractors and pro's, or poeple who sell building materials for a living, or actual warehouses and businesses that sell building materials. Who would qualify as "commercial"?[/img]
